The main reasons are that they do not yet have the budget for a major renovation and want to keep the period of paying two mortgages as short as possible. Good to know when spray painting over existing paint:
When repainting existing walls and ceilings, we are working over old paint layers rather than new plaster. The home has been lived in, which can result in dirt, loose paint, damage to the walls and similar issues.
We can apply high-quality wall paint over existing paintwork. However, this will not hide damage. It is also worth understanding that although our paint adheres well, the result depends on the adhesion of the material underneath. In many cases this works very well, but we cannot guarantee the adhesion of the existing layers because it is beyond our control.

An even finish: airless spraying applies paint evenly without roller marks. Existing damage and texture remain visible, so the underlying surface still determines the final result.

What does our repainting service cover?
By existing paintwork, we mean previously painted or finished walls and ceilings. Before starting, we check that the existing layers are firmly attached and suitable for overcoating. Wooden frames, doors, kitchen cabinets and other woodwork are not included in this service.
Which surfaces can be repainted?
In principle, we can spray wall paint over any wall or ceiling finish. Examples include spray-applied textured plaster (spack), decorative textured render (spachtelputz), smooth plaster and concrete walls in industrial buildings.
Ceilings can almost always be repainted, whatever their finish. However, spray painting does not remove texture or imperfections. It adds no texture of its own, so the underlying surface determines the final result.

No. New plaster must always dry thoroughly and usually needs machine sanding first. We then apply a primer, followed by the wall paint.

Wet scrub resistance class 1 is the highest class for resistance to wear from cleaning. This paint is ideal for living rooms, stairwells and kitchens because it is easy to clean without damaging the paint film.
How long does spray painting take?
